untrained on site mangers, low level of oversite of staff and maintenance, erratic bookkeeping meathods, owners own property and compete with clients for tenants, not a member of anymore due to unresolved claims
Pros: some knowledge of market
Cons: lack of oversight of staff, competes for tenants for their own properties, poor maintenance
