I've been studying yoga for 14 years and have tried dozens of teachers, none of whom compare to Albert. Through his instruction I finally understand yoga. My body changed dramatically within a few months of taking his classes regularly. I feel more at home in my body. Most importantly, I will never be injured in a yoga class again because Albert taught me to know what proper alignment feels like. If you want to be significantly stronger, more confident, more flexible, and have more energy, Albert is the teacher for you. Sometimes he pushes me farther than I think I can go, but he's always been right that I could do more. He'll keep your body safe while liberating your breath and serenity.
