I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF. EVERYTIME I NEED SOMETHING DONE THIS IS THE PLACE I COME FOR EVERYTHING(EVEN OIL CHANGES). WHEN THEY FIND THINGS MY CAR NEEDS OR THEY DISCOVER THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM I HAVE EXPLAINED THEY GET AN ESTIMATE TOGETHER FOR ME, BUT WHAT MAKES THEM SPECIAL FROM ANYWHERE ELSE I HAVE BEEN IS THEY GO THRU IT STEP BY STEP AND EXPLAIN WHY IT NEEDS WHAT THEY RECOMMENDED, AND ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE THEY TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY CAR IS IN TIP TOP SHAPE THANKS TO THEM AND I WILL REMIAN A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THEY ARE ECO-FRIENDLY WHICH IS A HUGE PLUS, THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CARE ABOUT THE WORLD WE LIVE IN. THANKS.
Pros: COMFORTABLE DOING BUSNIESS WITH, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY

Based on the previous review and since this place is 5 blocks from my house, I decided to give it a try for the following problems with my car: 1) fan belts were making noise on start-up 2) check engine light was on. For #1, they did a great job. For #2, they told me there was a $90 check-out fee. I said o.k. (but later learned that Autozone and other parts stores will "pull the codes" (as my car is newer than 1996 and has OBD-2 system on it) for free. So after $90, they told me they thought it was the oxygen sensor and that the part cost $250 + around $50 to install and reconfirm that the problem went away (pull the codes, again?). Having done an O2 sensor by myself on a Jeep Cherokee for $80 many years ago, I thought $250 sounded high, so I called the dealer to get a cross reference on the cost of the part and they told me $140 for it. At that point, I told them to forget it. I took the car to another independent mechanic, explained my situation and they priced an oxygen sensor at $100 + $70 installation. They also said it is an insult to charge for a check engine light check on a modern car. In the end, the second mechanic actually found it was not the oxygen sensor but a variable valve timing sensor on one bank of a V engine. And now the check engine light is out. I am glad that I stopped where I did with All Around Automotive. They are excellent at changing belts though. They are also earth-friendly, but for me not pocket friendly.

i went to this place after my car failed DEQ. i cant say enough good things about it. the technicians are all extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! they run down a list of specific things and explain everything to you before you agree/sign. a nice change from some shops who are just trying to take all your money. i highly recommend them. and they are eco friendly too!
Pros: friendly, highly skilled, timely
