Good Customer Service

I have found Lehl to have very good customer service. They have responded in a professional polite manner to all of my questions regarding changes in service, billing etc. They missed my pickup one morning (through no fault of the driver as I had my trash can slightly hidden). They were more than happy to come by the next day and pick it up.

Great service

I have only good words to say about the crew that services my neighborhood as well as about the company in general. Very prompt service, very easy to arrange any additional pickup. And yesterday I was really impressed and pleased when the crew noticed that I forgot to bring the garbage bags from my front door to the usual pick-up spot at the curb, and they went and picked it up anyway! I had two full bags this time after a party at my house, and I really did not want them to sit in front of my door for a week!
