Best Happy Hour in Town

Bastas has the most amazing happy hour menu I've experienced in Portland. The staff is always professional and friendly, the food is always delicious, and the $3 happy hour house wine is always superb. I'm almost hesitant to write a review because I don't want it to get too crowded.

Know Before You Go

If you can't decide between pasta and a secondi (non-pasta entree), share one pasta dish and enjoy both courses. It may be more Italian to eat pasta and secondi at a meal but it's too filling to do so here.
