I always receive great service here, I've called them with last minute orders and they have always come through for me. Their flowers are always so fresh and the designs are original, unique and they last a long time.

Pros: Great service, fresh flowers, unique designs, long lasting

On this particular occasion I received flowers from my family which were sent to me for my birthday. (And 20 years ago, Richard did the flowers for my wedding. I was so pleased that I have used their services since.) The recent arrangement was absolutely breathtaking. The flowers are premium blooms, and they always last much longer than I expect. There's tremendous value in the exceptional quality and design that's a signature touch of elegance in their work. The added suggestion to my family that they could send this a day earlier was a superb suggestion - way to go! . . . You really made my day!

Best cusotmer service in town and well worth the price. It's important that they not only asked me about my order but also listened and supplied great feedback/suggestions. Going with the norm is comfortable though their input provided a new surprise: for the same cost !!

I went to this flower shop because it was voted the best. I met with owner to go over price & style of flowers. Owner took a long time to get the quote to me. I called twice but didn't return my phone call. The price wasn't better then the two quotes that I received. I Don't Recommend.

When I saw the arrangement sent to my sister I was very disappointed. I had been led to believe that it would be much larger.

In today's world of internet shopping, your floral shop stands out. I had "Jim" design a floral combination for my daughter who was hospitalized. Not only was the floral arrangement extremely original and reasonably priced, the personalized service I received was enough to bookmark your site and email friends about your company. Congratulations "Jim" on job well done."

I called from southern Cal to have a custom arrangement done for a dear friend's birthday in Portland - the head designer I spoke with went above & beyond to find the flowers I was describing & the delivered arrangement was PERFECT! [she LOVED it!] Thank you!! -Matthew, Big Bear Lake

Old Town Florist is the best Flower Shop in town. The owner Wendy has a great eye for design and always does the most stylish arrangements.

Wendy (the owner) did such an amazing job at our wedding. The flowers started out as ideas and she absolutely took our ideas and brought them to life. The pew markers were beyond my expectations, the centerpieces were the perfect size and exactly what I had in mind. I received so many compliments throughout the day on the flowers - including from the Riverplace Hotel who thought Wendy was the most professional florist they had worked with, neat as a pin and extremely organized. Old Town Florist is absolutely worth every penny.
