Deep in the heart of Old Town sits this residential hotel offering cheap rooms at monthly rates only. Take note: be aware of what you're getting into before you check in here. This is a quintessential seedy residential hotel in the heart of downtown.

The Details
The rooms are bare basic. You'll find the bathroom down the hall. But the people who work here are very kind and helpful, and that makes all the difference, especially when a dirt-cheap hotel is all you can afford. The location is right on the bus line, and the pleasant North Park Blocks are just a short stroll away. The street parking situation is dicey, but completely free after 6 p.m.
