I am now a member of her Job Club for Creatives and highly recommend her as a Career Counselor for creatives. Vicki has given me great feedback on my business dealings, networking strategies, and marketing approach for over two years. Something that keeps me coming back for more is how she helps me see how I am percieved by others and gets me thinking about how to communicate effectively with my desired clients. She has an incredible mix of arts enthusiasm and business know how that helps me balance my creative aspirations with my financial planning. She has so much experience counseling people on how to get from where they are to where they want to be that she knows how much you can handle at the various stages and helps by easing you toward success.
Pros: Genuine, Insider Perspective, Highly Skilled
Cons: honestly can't think of any cons

Vicki was a great coach on interviewing skills, crafting your resume and examining what you really wanted for your next career move. She has a keen sense of the market and tremendous insight to what is needed to make oneself marketable. I can't say enough good things about her services and skills

Vicki cares about what she does, and she does what she does for a living on purpose. She's done it herself, and so can help you do it too. Extremely reasonable for low-income folks too! I balked some at th eprocess (stubborn! ;-), but it's taking me where I want to go and the balking is alleviated. Plus, Vicki found my stubborness just part of the path and was not dissuaded...can't say that for many! Very happy with participation in the Job Club as well. Participants are kind, walking a similar road, and full of great ideas and networking. Everything has been a plus!
Pros: Affordable, Effective, Anti-Isolation
Cons: No magic pill! ;-)
