Very Relaxing!!

Wow, I think Bellinis is very relaxing! Its everything you could want in a spa visit! I'm not sure why someone would be upset by being on a cancellation list, I would be thrilled to get a call, especially when its a Sonia Facial!! Call me!

I have been going to Bellini's for several years, and for the most part usually enjoy my facials from the owner Sonia Bellini. In the last several months however I have been receiving several calls a week informing me that Sonia has had a cancellation and asking if I would like to fill the opening. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the cancellation list, this obviously has not happened. It seems to me that Miss Bellini is searching desperatley for business, and she must think that harassing her clients is the way to fill her lacking schedule. I won't be returning to Bellini's and I warn anyone who is thinking about going there, if you want to receive annoying calls from the front desk staff trying to fill yet ANOTHER opening, then this is the place for you!

First, we would like to thank you for your feedback and loyalty for the last several years. We strive to provide excellent and consistent service and we are happy to see that you have had the opportunity to enjoy services at our spa.
Generally, Sonia's appointments are booked out for an entire year and so we maintain our waiting list and call clients who would like to get in for an appointment as they come up. We apologize for any unwanted calls that you may have received regarding Sonia's open appointments. We try to be very careful about updating our waiting list because we do not want this kind of thing to happen.
Due to the economy, we have had more cancellations than usual. As a small local business, we are doing what we can to make sure that our doors remain open and we are able to take care of our employees and our clients. So we do try to fill our open appointments as they come up and offer discounts that we didn't offer before.
Amazing Results

I have had several facials before and viewed them as a luxury, without any real benefits. For the first time, I can honestly say, that I have seen the actual benefit and value in a facial. I had a Deluxe Facial at Bellini's a few weeks ago. The esthetician, Janna, really took the time to analyze my skin and then customized a facial to help resolve them. I have always had trouble with my skin, suffering from adult acne, scarring, and poor texture. Janna was able to help me balance my skin out and then plan a skin care routine for me to treat my issues at home. I didn't expect any actual results since I have never experienced any before, but within days, my skin had a whole new texture and it just keeps getting better. I am impressed but more importantly, grateful. I will be recommending Bellini's to everyone I know. Not only can they make a facial luxurious and relaxing, but they have given me the tools to really take care of my skin.

24 hr. cancellation notice

This is in response to the client who does'nt understand the 24 hr. cancellation notice. Being self-employed, when you don't give a 24 hr notice... we lose money! I'm sure if you were not paid for your time on your job, you would'nt like it. So please respect our profession, we have mortgages to pay just like you do. Once or twice is fine to cancel, we understand. People who cancel all the time end up costing us a lot of money, so no we don't want your business. By the way, you should offer to pay for your missed appt., other clients do. They understand, they are professionals. An insider's opinion.

Thank you for your feedback! At Bellini's, we never like a client to be dissatisfied and their feedback is important to us. However, just as you mention, the 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect for a reason, and we try our best to use it justly.

At Bellini's I have spent the most soothing hour and a 1/2 of my life. As relaxing as getting a full body massage, and yet having my needs taken care of simultaneously. Each person I have seen there has been extremely knowledgeable and proffesional. Being a buisness owner myself, I understand the 24 hour cancellation pollicy and am happy to adhere as they are proffesional and fill the spot when they can and have not charged me for the appotintment. They are always providing an excellent service.
It is a beautiful place and the remodel is tastefuly done in a tranquil way, condusive to relaxing. Thank you so much, and my skin loves you!

Consistently friendly and informative, Michelle is the best! She always greets me in the utmost of manners, personally recommends great Phytomer and Jurlique products, and all in all, a true asset for Bellini's! I don't currently go there for services, much too busy with my occupation, but every time my skin needs something, Michelle always offers great legendary customer service. So, thank you very much! You have me hooked! :)

I've been going to Cate for brazillians for awhile now, and she is AWESOME. If you do decide to give the place a try - ask for her. However, I schedule my appts 6 weeks out (I schedule the next one the day I'm there) and sometimes thing happen in life. I've been sick, I've been stuck in a meeting - when you are a regular somewhere, it happens. Cate has had to cancel on me two or three times because she's been sick or out of town... and I don't mind a bit. But Bellini's won't extend the same courtesy to their customers. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy and they'll wave it for you twice. Now mind you, I never actually CANCEL... I just want to move the appointment. They are still going to get their money. That's not good enough. Today when I went to move my appointment out because I am sick - they told me that they needed a credit card to secure my appointment. I told them to stick it. I'm really going to miss Cate, she is awesome - but I can't do business with an establishment that won't be minimally flexible.

We are extremely grateful for customer loyalty at Bellini's. We are very sorry that our 24 hour cancellation policy has caused you to go elsewhere. However, I am sure that it is very difficult to find any Spa that will make an appointment with a credit card number to secure it. The 24 hour cancellation policy is pretty standard. We do make every attempt to inform our clients of our policy by letting know about it when they schedule, including it in our New Client letter, and then finally, during our appointment confirmation phone call.

Recently I visited Bellini's spa and saw a wonderful esthetician. Stara was the most knowledgable, professional and friendly service I have ever received in a spa. With the wide selection of natural products, I was able to cure my skin problem by working closely with Stara and the products used at Bellini spa. I would reccomend her as an esthetician to anyone.

Great services, with good staff

Being an esthetician in the Portland area (not at Bellini's), I must say, I have been going to Bellini's for my waxing services for many years (brazilians, brows), and it has been the best by far. Stara is amazing at waxing, and I have been her client for almost 4 years. I do not trust anyone else, honestly! She has delivered consistant service, as well as educating me on the various products they have (which is many... yonka, jurlique, skincueticals, true makeup etc..)
Should I begin to tell you of the Dextox wrap I had with a facial? Absolutley devine. This spa is equipped with the essentails.. Products, knowledge, and a warm staff.
- Pros: Educated staff, consistant services.
- Cons: Parking lot is shared with Papa Hydens, so lock you space early!
