don't wander. I really wanted this place to be wonderful. It fell very short of that. If it hadn't been for the sweet coffee girl I wouldn't have had a nice thing to say except for the colorful glass art that hangs in the windows. The atmosphere is a little weird in there. Perhaps their feng shui is off but its just not comfortable. Not memorable in the least. My mocha was watery and lacking in many ways. It needed more of everything. If you don't have GREAT coffee drinks as a coffee house then what do you have? I'll stick to my usual place Via Delizia instead. Now they make one hell of a coffee (mocha).

A great place.. I love this place and I love the people. I have only one gripe and I write this so that the wonderful owners will know. Please find another way to make your eggs rather than microwaving them. It makes them kind of icky. Too scalding hot, yet not really warm (in that strange way that only microwaves can do.)

That's really it. I would ALWAYS go here instead of the star*ucks 30 yards away.

luv ya

Best coffee house. What a find, right here in our neighborhood we have a great independent coffee house, the coffee is fabulous and reasonably priced, the pastries and sandwiches are tasty and the owners and staff have created a comfortable, warm and inviting environment to enjoy them in. I just wish that they would stay open a little later, this would be a great place to enjoy the warm evenings of summer over desert and coffee. Check it out I think you will be pleased.

Cool coffee shop. I stumbled across this place, while looking for a non commercialized coffee shop and am sold. They are not trying to sell you anything but good coffee and food. Their espresso drinks are reasonably priced and the coffee is very strong. I was served by one of the owners and they THANKED me for coming in. What a refreshing way to do business. I will definitely go back to Caffe Destino.

child-friendly... and that's a good thing. The food was good as was the coffee. Didn't take too long. The service was helpful and kind. The toys and books for kids are a nice touch. For those who are annoyed by kids in restaurants, there are plenty of places to go to avoid kids. Those of us with kids really appreciate having kid friendly places to frequent.

Alpha mom cafe. We live just a block from this cafe, and are sometimes forced to grab a drink on the go from there (no longer, now we find it quicker to run to Wild Oats down the street). We jokingly call it the "alpha mom cafe", due to the large groups of pushy women and their misbehaving children (this places "regulars"). Unless you enjoy messy cafes with screaming children, in which it takes just short of forever to get your mediocre and over-priced food, avoid this place. If you're looking for a place where your child can be loud, rude, and messy, it's right up your alley.

Best way to start the day!. I've visited this cafe most every morning since discovering it nearly five years ago and it's become a required part of my routine. It's comfortable, welcoming, with an excellent & tasty menu and great coffee/lattes. I also enjoy stopping in for lunch when in the area. I find the place is good for a stop in or for grabbing a table and enjoying the experience there. It's home to many regulars and most everyone I've taken there for a 1st time visit has enjoyed it as much as I and continue to go themselves. That says alot!

Horrible experience.. The worst cafe experience of my life. I walked in there at 10:10am with 4 people in front of me, 45 minutes later I finally get my bagel w/cream cheese. You have to try very hard to have a bagel take that long, if you cant multi-task making a bagel, something is seriously wrong with your operation. While waiting, i got to experience screaming children, other angry customers and people cleaning off dirty tables so they could use them post child tornado.

avoid this place like the plague.

Small portions for restaurant prices, lousy service. The service here was rude and very slow. My $6.25 sandwich looked like a pile of toast, because there was so little in it. My salad was made of large uncut pieces of lettuce which were placed on top of my fork and napkin. Tables are dirty and children are encouraged to be loud. I got a headache.
