service is growing increasingly haphazard.

The main rep at this branch (Baruch) has been replaced by a spaced-out sorority girl and service has suffered. Lost forms and general staff cluelessness are on the rise. However, it remains a pleasant community-oriented bank. So maybe try a different branch?

• Pros: Small-town informal atmosphere, Flexibility
• Cons: Disorganized, poor hiring choice for a key position, uninformed staff
