My husband and I booked our annivesary trip to the Caribbean with this company. Instead of just asking us where we want to go and get us a rate they asked us tons of questions and put together some great deals for us. we booked a trip with them to peter island in the caribbean and it could not have been better. they truly know there stuff and seem to be more like personal planners than travel agents. we loved their dvd too that had little travel channel type clips of honeymoon and romantic resorts and all inclusives. i would recommend them in a heartbeat. they are busy though and seem to be much more than just a portland agency every time we called their lines were busy but they did call us back and emailed us promptly.
Pros: thumbs up- agent had been to all the locations we were interested in and could be honest

after searching around for quite a while we found this travel agency to be really helpful and when the agent herself had got married in Fiji and shared her pictures and video it was more than we expected. I have traveled a lot and going to Fiji was going to be a bit far for us so I knew we needed an expert who had been there ! I always wanted to go to Fiji since seeing the blue lagoon movie. there web site is very helpful with lots of ideas and advice. their price was excellent and I would recommend them for bigger packages like Fiji and Tahiti, Caribbean and hawaii. they don't specialize in air tickets though to california.
Pros: local , lots of pictures and dvd footage of destination, good price, payment plan
Cons: no sign on office
