Super friendly doctor and staff make child comfortable by Me M. at InsiderPages

Dr Collins has been my daughters' doctor since birth and in the past 10 years all of her staff have been friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of even in times of emergency. The doctor is part of Broadway Medical Clinic so there is the added benefit of blood tests available right on site and additional pediatricians on site on Dr. Collins' day off. All around I have found the clinic easy to communicate with and there for our every need.

PROS: Helpful staff and doctor that listen, easy to contact during emergencies

CONS: Wait can be long on Mondays and in the afternoons, schedule early day T-Fri

DR. VESTERGUAARD ROCKS..

dr. vesterguaard is a great doctor. she really cares about the kids and she actually takes time to get to know the family. i feel really happy and satisfied with her, i highly recommened her. i have been going there for 10 years. eversince i had my first child. so she is the doctor for all 3 of my kids and i would never want anyone else to be their doctor. i have moved futher and further anway but i still wouldn't go anywhere else. but waiting to be seen is another story that no one enjoys.

Best Clinic I've Found

I found the staff and physicians exceptionally helpful. As a new patient (with new insurance) they were able to see me that day! The large practice, onside lab, xray, and pharmacy mean only one stop. I didn't have to wait for my appointment even though it appeared that they were very busy.

Long Wait, Rude Staff, Smug Dr.

This was our son's very first appointment. He was only two weeks old and my husband and I were very excited to hear how he was doing. My husband ended up missing the appointment because we had to wait so long. We were there for an hour and a half for a fifteen minute appointment. Dr. Collins made no apology for being so off schedule. The nurses were cold and rude. As an adult I can put up with that kind of atmosphere but it is not what I want for my child's pediatrician.
