I inherited a family heirloom that needed to be framed to be preserved. I consulted with several frame shops in the PDX area but none seemed confidant or qualified to take on this project. It is very large and delicate and needed a complex shadowbox frame. My neighbor, who is an artist and shows at the Laura Russo Gallery, recommended I try Framing Resource. She has used them for over a decade and was sure they could help. Not only were they not intimidated by the project, they had some ingeniously creative ideas that far surpassed my expectations. For as large as this piece is I thought the price was a very good value and the quality of their work was perfect. The whole project took less than three weeks from design to completion. These guys and gals rock! This is my frame shop from here on out.
Pros: Huge selection, very helpful design staff and a bowl of chocolate on the counter.
