i love love love love love shoes. love them. and i love imelda's because their shoes are amazing. even though $100 shoes are rare for me, i really like imelda's for their set up and their sales people know what they're doing. but i have to say that sometimes i feel a little bit intimidated to get in just because i don't really ever buy anything and sometimes the employees can be a little bit pushy or like, "if you're not buying anything, hurry up and get out." as for their return policy, it makes sense to me and not draconian at all. it's not like you can't go sell the shoes anyway.
