The sauce on the pizza is very good, but the cheese lacks flavor and the crust isn't very crispy. Definitely over priced for the quality. The cesear salad is, again, good not great. If you don't like the taste of Anchovies don't get the cesear dressing. The flavor is a bit overwhelming. Overall just OK and probably won't return.

The pizza at this place is pretty good. I've had the pepperoni slices at the restaurant, which were good, but when we ordered the 'bandito' pizza (for delivery), they were out of pulled pork and put chicken on it instead (our choice - but they didn't tell us it was all fatty thigh meat). The chicken is all thigh meat and is very fatty and gristly. Be aware of that and don't order anything with chicken, unless you like fatty thigh chicken meat.
Cons: Very expensive for poor quality ingredients.

Wow some of the best pizza. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8. this was worth the drive over to south east.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Oasis Pizza! The sauce! The crust! The custom built slices! Their Greek salad is excellent, as well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. More on the custom slices: they have a great selection of toppings. In addition to your run of the mill toppers, try roasted eggplant, cilantro, walnuts, pepperoncini, avocado, fresh basil, zucchini, roasted red pepper, roasted garlic, black beans and roasted red potatoes. My favorite combo is spinach, artichoke, and pineapple. Now, if they would just expand to Vancouver!
Pros: Great Pizza!, Unusual Toppings!, Quick Service

We've been going to the Oais for 10 years and have always been happy with the food and service. The pizza is great--esp. with the pesto sauce. Best salads in town. Great service--they are wonderful, helpful, quirky, and accomodating--and very funny! Any time, day--great place !!

The pizza here is some of the best in the city. Their sodas are flat, and the service is available with a sneer or a cold shoulder. Don't expect them to work for a tip, but that tip jar sure is clearly marked and strategically placed.
Pros: Excellent pizza, Good variety
Cons: , poor service

After trying the recommended pizza joints, this is it. If you like artichokes, get 'em here. The feta-sundried combo is great, and the crust supports the flavors, but doesn't dominate. The service guy isn't too friendly, but not rude either.
Pros: unique creations
Cons: other menu items

I am not a huge pizza fan, but since everyone else seems to be, I have tried all the pizza joints in Portland. I have found a couple that have made me now crave pizza and Oasis Cafe on Hawthorne is up there. They will even create your own preferred slice from scratch, so you can get hot out of the oven.
Pros: Great Friendly Staff, Value for money

Oasis Cafe is located in the Hawthorne shopping district, making it a convenient stop for lunch on your weekend. You can get pizza by the slice already made, by the slice custom, or by the whole pie. They also deliver. In addition to pizza, Oasis has a variety of pop, beer, and desserts. Some of the desserts are vegan. The only thing I do not recommend is their delivery. Both times I've had pizza delivered from Oasis, it has had all the cheese and toppings in a pile on one side of the pizza as if the pizza had had some rough handling on its way over.
Pros: good location
