I like the one on SW Stark better

The staff writes you off pretty fast if you aren't dressed like a hipster. The clothes are decent and they're pretty fairly priced, especially compared to any other vintage or department store. Go if you're in the area, but don't go out of your way--instead try the one on SW Stark, where the staff is a little friendlier.
Pros: cute clothes
