Great toys, understanding manager (exchange), train table for toddlers...
by kristinklb
I bought an expensive toy here that was really a luxury for us and thought it was going to be SO WONDERFUL that I just threw away the packaging and receipt. (Because who would think that "Fancy European Brand" toys break, right? After a couple of weeks the toy stopped working.
I was so bummed out but thought I'd just give it a shot and took it back. The clerk said she hadn't seen that one (It was a new article to the store.) and got the manager while at the same time making me feel comfortable and trusted. The manager was very friendly and immediately said, "No problem." and offered me store credit to use then or later. I could not wait to spend it and left with sturdier replacement toys and my dignity. Thank you!
- Pros: great service, beautiful toys, train table to occupy kids, great books, parking behind shop, neatly presented/organized
- Cons: you pay for the quality but worth it, hard to negotiate aisles with a stroller, some customers let their kids wreak havoc (come on, pay attention to them already)
A funky store filled to the brim with fabulous, unique toys

In Short
Spy kits, tea sets and Brio pieces fill the walls and shelves; gardening toys, Squoosh balls and stuffed animals fill the nooks and crannies. It's a hands-on environment: Toys are scattered throughout to keep shoppers busy. There's something for everyone at this store. Favorites include an all-felt doll house, with a tiny, yellow felt kitty; a paint-by-number sunflower wall mural kit and adorable little finger puppets.
