My research started over 3 months ago when my wife and I decided to purchase what would be our first luxury vehicle. My trek started at what I thought would be the top a very recognizable European car dealership where I was sadly dissapointed. We visited 6 total luxury auto dealerships. The customer service at all of these was good. One dealership however stood out head and shoulders above the others. ACURA OF PORTLAND! Chris Farwell (Acura Specialist) made us feel right at home. We were greeted immediately he was very freindly and well-informed. The entire process was easy and dare I say fun! Long story short: *We love our new MDX! *We love Acura of Portland! *We love Chris Farwell!

After doing research and going to the auto show, I decided that I would really like to investigate the Acura MDX a little more thinking that if I could make this work, I might take one home. Contacting them ahead of time and working through the Internet department meant that I knew who to look for when I came in. The service I received was comparable to a night out at El Gaucho or Morton's. Even with my two kids, we were able to get a deal that was, in my opionion, absolutely great. I saw that they had great reviews on several blogs, and want to confirm that everything about my purchase experience was fantastic. Their special program will even give me tires for as long as I own my car! I got a great deal, and will definitely be back for my next car. I already begun to refer a couple friends after they rode in my new MDX. For me the experience was so beyond my other experiences that I was kind of blown away. They treated me better than I ever had been at a dealership.
Pros: No back and forth, very straight forward, honest. More than fair, good people.
Cons: location, but worth the extra 5 minute drive!
