They did not have Fresh Pork on Hand.

Needed fresh Pork Tenderloin for recipe. They did not have it. Offered some frozen selection. If I was Fred Meyer that would have been fine but I have higher expectations from Gartner's than this.

Some things should never change. This place is perfect!!

Friendly and knowledgable staff that educated me on their locally raised beef and pork without the use of hormones and antibiotics. The freshest meat in town cut right in front of your eyes by skilled people that take pride in their work. Absolutely essential for anyone that owns a barbeque because they have the finest cuts of tenderlion, short ribs, pork chops and chicken swimming in their amazing, all natural, secret homemade marinade. Thick, juicy bacon. Stunning beef jerky. Fresh sausage and weiners made in house. If you eat meat and it's not from here, you are paying too much and compromising your standards. Highly recommended!!

I TRAVEL 20 MILES TO GET MEAT FROM GARTNER'S

GARTNER'S ALWAYS HAS FRIENDLY SERVICE AND HIGH QUALITY MEAT. I HAVE EVEN HAD SOMEONE OFFER TO CARRY MY BAG OUT TO MY CAR WHEN THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. WHEN I GO WITH MY CHILDREN THEY ALWAYS OFFER A FREE SAMPLE. YOU DON'T GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE VERY OFTERN. IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE GOING TO GARTNER'S MEAT MARKET. I HAVE BEEN A SATISIFIED CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS.
