At Career Resume Service, review and editing of our business plan were clear and to the point. Questions were thoughtful and provoked important changes and additions. Working with CRS helped us expand upon ideas and generate new ones.

Career Resume Service (Lane) is absolutely great at taking your work history and turning it into a masterpiece of words. I would recommend her resume services to anyone! She did an outstanding job creating a resume from me just by corresponding by email; send her an old resume and emailing back and forth recent job experiences. She was professional and knowledgeable enough to answer my questions and take my words are transform them into a great story. I was impressed with her knowledge of my career fields and her ability to put it on paper. I got more than I expected with a finished resume that is outstanding. Again I would recommend her and her work to anyone needing a professional resume.

Hello Everybody, I was fortunate enough to show up at Lane's office the day after I was fired from my job to get my resume written. She looked at the whole picture and said that she thought that I should go back and fight for my job. She was very kind and supportive. I did just that! I am happy to say that I got my job back! Lane ended up both rewriting/tweaking and reformating my resume, and writing a cover letter for me. The resume came out great. The format is novel without being odd or too unusual. I had a million pieces of feedback after the draft was written, and Lane was really great about making the changes or explaining why she made certain decisions. Plus, she worked over the weekend and got it done in just a few days. I showed it to several people, and they were all very impressed. Lane and I struggled a bit more when it came to writing the cover letter. Tone was the main issue I had with her draft (I thought it was too casual/conversational for the position I was going for). Lane got me very involved in the rewrite, so be prepared to do some work on your own. In the end, however, I was happy with how it turned out. It (and the new resume) did get me an interview for the job I was going for. In addition, Lane was happy to give advice when I came back to her with some questions after an interview. She got back to me quickly by email, even though it was later in the evening, and not standard working hours. Lane knows what she is doing, and is good at her job. Be clear about roles and expectations up front, and I think you will be very pleased with her work. Though I am still looking for a job, I am optimistic that by having had Lane work on my resume and cover letter, I have much better tools at my disposal in this poor job market than I had before.

Lane is absolutely amazing in what she does! She has done a couple of resume for me and I have recommended everyone I could to her, especially being a recent college grad. A funny story was that some friends of mine we were all going to the mall and we were talking about life after college and finding a career. Come to find out my old roommate told one of her friends how I had gotten my resume professionally done. So this girl went and found Lane and had her put together her boyfriends resume! How ironic! We were raving about what an amazing job she did!

Career Resmue takes the stress out of looking for a new job! The one on one advise and resume services you receive will help you focus on landing your next job! Also, the cover letter wrighting services are phenomenal! I landed my dream job because of career sevices help and guildence. I high recommand career services. Lane is a total professional.

I hadn't done a resume since 1987. Yikes! I had a 13 year career in a medical clinic and wore many hats. Since 2000, I have been in a male dominated construction industry. I was applying for a position in my organization that would combine my trade knowledge with my administration background. I would be the first woman to hold a position within the organization. Lane helped me organize my skill set and really put my best foot forward. Her use of the english language was amazing. My first day on the job will be Monday. I am still in shock. I couldn't have done it without her. If I ever need help with a resume in the future, I will call Lane.

Having been out of the job market for over 10 years, a few years back I sought Lane's advise regarding my old resume. She gave me a quick and accurate assessment of what my resume needs. Then this year faced with some personal challenges I desperately went back to her again for advise this time regarding re-entering the job market and she amazingly remembered many things about me from before, what an incredible memory! She gave me a very realistic and clear view of the current job market and my job prospects, and what I need to do to become marketable considering my large employment gap. Her vast knowledge and candidness helped calm my anxieties of all the unknowns. She is very professional, highly knowledgeable of the local as well as national job market, and has the natural ability to extract key information from all the data she gathers from me to make an effective and efficient assessment of where I am at . Thanks to Lane I have clear educational goals to update and broaden my skillset. Her support has given me the confidence necessary to prepare myself for re-entering the job market in the near future. Lane is truly a master at what she does ! She is a brilliant and an amazing writer !! I have no hesitation recommending her to others. In fact, I've been telling all my friends about her because she is so good !!! I look forward to meeting with her again so she can do her magic in updating and polishing my resume !! Thanks Lane !!

I have worked with Lane for more than 10 years. She has assisted my career both in moving companies and moving up in companies (promotions). Her great listening skills, probing questions, and incredible writting skills presented my resume in a way that fully portrayed me. She continually has exceeded my expectations. Her prompt service and professional demeanor is very engaging and helped settle the jumbled facts in my head. Thank goodness for her calm demeanor as she extracted the most pertinent details and skills that needed visibilty. She also helped me see many great accomplihments that would have otherwise been overlooked. I recently came to her in a panic as I received a call to interview with a company out of the blue. Since I wasnt actively looking my resume was not up to date... she met with me (incredible flexibility) and updated my very dusty resume to incorporate the additional accomplishments. In my opinion she is a super woman! I am a raving fan and highly recommend her to anyone that needs a pro to help them to package their skills!
