Having been out of the job market for over 10 years, a few years back I sought Lane's advise regarding my old resume. She gave me a quick and accurate assessment of what my resume needs. Then this year faced with some personal challenges I desperately went back to her again for advise this time regarding re-entering the job market and she amazingly remembered many things about me from before, what an incredible memory!
