Just what I needed!!

Personalized service, I am in the science/engineering field and getting a resume that is useful was very challenging to do on my own. Lane nails the language creates a concise and functional resume. She wrote my resume for an internship and I got the very first internship I applied for! I needed my resume in a hurry and Lane was on it, I had a great experience working with her.

Lane Rocks!!

I'm a writer, and had always figured I would never need a résumé service. Well, after several months of dwindling freelance gigs and slim prospects, I decided I needed some help. Lane was PERFECT. She really digs in and gets to the core of your strengths and weaknesses, and pays attention to what your goals are. She definitely is not a cookie cutter type.

While speaking to her, I realized that while I may be great at writing long articles, I'm no damn good at writing résumés. She whipped mine into shape in just a couple days, and it is infinitely better. I feel so encouraged about my prospects now!

Just what we needed!

When my partner recently joined the swelling ranks of unemployed international charter pilots, we thought we had a pretty decent resume and cover letter to begin sending out in the job search process. Just to be safe though, we decided to have someone take a look at it. However, we wanted to find someone with some experience working with clients in the field of aviation--and corporate aviation in particular. This proved to be challenging--until we found Lane. And boy were we ever glad we found her! Not only did the resume need some work, but we discovered we had been violating several cardinal rules in the cover letter we were sending out. With her expert feedback and clear, concise critique, both of these crucial items are now much more effectively working FOR us, rather than against us. We cannot thank Lane enough! In addition to her tremendous technical skills, we simply really enjoyed working with her. We felt she was truly invested in making sure the documents we were sending out were the very best they could be. We will be recommending her services to friends and family without hesitation!

Went to Lane for a makeover on my Federal resume. She meant with me one on one, made clear, direct suggestions on what my resume needed. She also understood the Federal Personnel system (very helpful) and how it related to my resume and KSA's. Very impressed with Lane, she has a gift! My teen will be writing applications for college soon, so we will be looking to Lane for her expertise!

Stop.....look no further if you are planning on having a resume done. I have been going to Lane for over 15 years now. She works magic with every resume she produces. I thought I had a decent resume, but I wasn't getting hired. So...I went to Career Resume Services. Lane made it GREAT, and in this economic climate, one can have nothing less. After searching for months, I landed a great job at Nike, despite a hiring freeze being on, and their first impression of me was my resume. In the interview, my supervisor complimented my resume, and before I arrived home from the interview, I got a job offer. Lane understands what it takes. She is also a truly good person.
