Sorry to say, the owner of this yarn shop is unfriendly and unhelpful. I have always gone out of my way to pay the extra dollar and support local business, but one time too many the manager here has been rude and arrogant. Evidently she does not need loyal customers to keep her business going - I have left many hundreds of dollars here and tried to establish a cordial relationship, but alas, I am giving up and will use internet shopping from now on. The shop has a good selection of many different kinds of yarn, but you are lucky to find more than one or two skeins of any given color, so generally you need to place an order and wait many weeks. Once your wool arrives, no matter how much money you leave behind, do not expect helpful support. I am an avid knitter but I will not go back to this shop.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Unfriendly staff

Don't let the strip mall fool you. This is as nice a shop as I have seen. Good selection, helpful staff. The clerk helped me pick out yarn and even wound it for me, no charge. I always go here.
