not "user friendly". the doctor seemed to loose interest in me when i wasn't "buying" services from her. i really didn't trust what she said
Great doctor and office. I've recommended them to everyone I know. She was the 3rd dermatologist I went to this year, and the only one to find a small spot on my leg that turned out to be a melanoma. I'm a believer now! View Less …

The best value for cosmetic stuff is here. Dr. Klein is so gentle and careful with her injections. I'm surprised to see somebody say the Klein office is expensive, only because I've checked everybody's prices in the area and know she is right in the lower-middle range in price. Once I made the mistake of going elsewhere for my collagen when I couldn't get in the day I wanted, but I was so sorry I did afterwards! Now, I just plan better. View Less …

Top Notch Dermatologist - worth waiting for!.
Dr. Klein is top notch. I had to wait 6 weeks to get in, but I was very happy with everything. I especially appreciated her honest and
sincere approach. I never felt like I was being pressured to do or buy anything there.
There was a long wait to get my appointment, but I only sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes for my appointment. I really liked how prompt and professional everyone was.
