I always go to cash my checks at this bank for a number of reasons. Their service is fast and efficient; all their representatives really seem to prioritize well. They always remember me, even after only going there for one month! Plus, the woman who helped me said my name correctly and asked to make sure she said it right! Not many people working in a customer service atmosphere take that much time to be so friendly. If you are in the area, take your business there - I promise it will make banking painless!

eversince JP morgan was given WAMU

Got the wrong information. The guy in the phillipine gave different info than the local branch. Maybe JP Morgan has new rules they havent told the locals about. I resent how the FEDS gave our WAMU to JP morgan. They are no longer a local bank, nor are they concerned about the clients as they once were.

• Pros: nice tellers
• Cons: you talk to phillipines when you need help
