Ok treatments, but disinterested staff and very poor customer service!

My dermatologist has an office here and had me buy a "microdermabrasion" package (5 treatments for about $350). My first two scheduling and appointments went fine. Then, the old esthetician left and was replaced by someone else. My third appointment was made over the phone, and when I arrived at the office for my appointment (after taking work off early to get there), they said I didn't have one, so I had to reschedule! I did reschedule, and the new esthetician was not very good. She was extremely inexperienced on how to do a microdermabrasion and as a result, I didn't get any results. The fourth treatment was slightly better. Now, I have been trying to make an appointment for a 5th treatment for 1 month now. I always call and get transferred to the esthetician?s line to make my appointment, but she never answers. It always goes to her voice mail. I have left 4 messages and she refuses to call me back. She just all around lame and needs to be fired!

• Cons: Bad customer service, not very good quality microdermabrasions
