Great place for do it yourself doggy wash

I have taken my dog here several times and he is not easy to give a bath (husky/wolf hybrid), but the set up is very nice with the bath tubs, doggy drier and handy tool kit that comes with it. Staff have been very helpful and last time gave me samples of dog food and treats for me to try. I have a very finicky dog. This is the only place I take my dog for a good wash!

Bad Attitude.

I have taken my dog there twice. They are unfriendly at the drop-off and pick up, acting as if I am wasting their time. Last week, prior to Thanksgiving, I tried to get an appointment (I figured it would be too busy and booked up, but wanted to try. I was not pushy or demanding), the woman on the phone acted as if I was the stupidest person in town for even thinking that I might be able to get my dog in anywhere, let alone there. It happened again today (12/4). When she (same woman) told me that the next available appt was next Thursday, I said I would call back if I couldn't find anything sooner. Her reply, again, was as if I was stupid and naive. Her response (and I quote)... "Good luck, it's the Holidays." click. She hung up. Why support that? There are other places out there with better attitudes that do a much better job with my dog for the same price. Don't go there until they improve their personal skills.

Great service, our old dog is happy and clean!

Kind caring staff, and our dog looks great. She is 13 years old and has some health problems and hip issues, and they were very sensitive.

Great Place for Bad Dogs

My two little pugs hate to get their nails cut. They are down right viscous to anyone trying to touch their nails. Beauty for the beast?s tech?s are great with my dogs and have some sort of technique to get my dogs nails done with out a fuss and most importantly no one getting hurt. I am not sure what they do but it works.

Friendly staff and Owner - clean dog!

Lady (my lab) and I came in for a self-bath and nail clipping. The people there were extremely helpful, even though Lady was a bit of a pill. They showed us how to use the bath, dryers, brushes, etc., and the groomer was a total trooper - Lady put up a big fight about the nail clipping. My hat's off! Thanks!!

This place is amazing!

I can't believe how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is. My boyfriend and I went in to wash our pooch for the first time and they explained everything to us in detail and made us feel very welcome. They even demonstrated this grooming tool called a Furminator which was fantastic. We had a very pleasant experience and will return.

Best Doggie Wash and Groomer in town

I have tried dog washes all over town and find Beauty for the Beast to be the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answers all my questions. I have an older dog and find it very easy to get him into the tubs. A few times a year I have him groomed by their groomers and they do an exceptional job from head to toe. You can tell when I pick him up he is proud of the way he looks and feels. He is always happy and energetic after a grooming. Beauty for the Beast is a great place for beautifying your dog. I recommend them to everyone who has a dog.

I would like to agree with the previous negative review. The customer service at this groomer's is terrible. The staff is rude, unpleasant and incompetent. I still use their self-service area to wash my dog myself, but i would not waste my money at this establishment for professional grooming.

Nice folks, happy dogs

Such fine folk work here. I only get my dog's nails clipped and she gets so happy when we pull up. We always run next door to their store and buy a treat....her reaction MIGHT be associated with the treat...but she's HAPPY all the same!!!!
