This store is the only place I will go. They care about making you happy and doing what you ask and they do it fast and perfect. I recommend everyone go here.

After moving from LA recently, finding an alterations place that would keep original hem on jeans while measuring correctly was a hard task. My wife and I tried several locations but this place is wonderful and charges a very fair price. Plus, it's usually only a two day turn around for normal requests. Only draw back, the woman that works there can be a bit rough and could use some customer service training. The main guy is great and very friendly.

Excellent place to have clothing altered. Professional service everytime with expert advice when needed. Work done right on the premises, so no worries about missing clothing.

This place was great because they did what I wanted, fast. they altered my wedding dress w/ short notice. They didnt tell me how it should look (it seems a lot of hairdressers, alteration places, etc try to tell you what they want, not what you want) and was friendly but to the point. I would recommend to people, esp if you need something fixed in a hurry for an important event. My bridal dress took 3 days for 23 dollars. I think they can do it even faster, if needed.
Pros: fast and skilled
Cons: in lloyd center, which some people may not trek into the mall for a quick errand
