If barmaids,waitresses,barmen back home in Scotland were as slow and unfriendly as this lot appear to be there would be no one in the pub at all,service was hopeless carried out by a sullen waitress and if your going to sell DRAUGHT beer (not DRAFT) at least learn to pour it,the smug big headed owner was a big turn off too.
